FOR NEUROFEEDBACK CLINICIANS
FOR NEUROFEEDBACK CLINICIANS
"We handle the EEG data processing so you can spend more time with your clients."
- Naomi Iverson, Founder and Owner
If you are looking for ways to save time in your business and maintain quality services for your clients, then you've come to the right place. newEpoc will handle client data for you by providing quality qEEG data analysis and neurofeedback protocol designs catered to each individual client.
newEpoc's neurofeedback training philosophy is centered on data driven protocol designs. By collecting a Quantitative Electroencephalogram (qEEG) of client brain activity, we can draw up a targeted treatment plan for your client based on the correlation between their data and symptoms. In other words, we like to "peak under the hood" before designing any protocol so we know what we are working with. We believe it is well worth the effort as each client will receive treatment catered to their particular needs rather than from a one-size-fits-all approach.

We offer a number of services to help neurofeedback clinicians make informed decisions about their client training. We primarily specialize in surface, sLORETA and swLORETA analysis, protocol design, and reporting. We have seen rapid improvements in clients through Z-score LORETA training and are working to bring LORETA to more clinics by aiding in the complexities of data analysis and protocol design. Additionally, we offer surface training analysis, reports and training protocols that are based on the client's raw EEG data and maps. We recognize that a major part of the story is found in the wave morphology. Therefore, we pay special attention to raw EEG data and we thoroughly hand artifact each second of a recording. Lastly, we provide consultations for a variety of topics such as data collection, data analysis, protocol design and more.
Surface training targets electrical activity in outer layers of the cerebral cortex. Surface training, sometimes called frequency/power neurofeedback, is often accomplished by placing electrodes on the scalp with electrode paste and putting reference electrodes onto the mastoids or by clipping them onto the earlobes with conductive gel. newEpoc analyzes surface data, provides detailed reports, and includes training protocol suggestions based on client training goals and findings in client data.
Low-Resolution Electromagnetic Tomography Analysis, or LORETA, allows us to peer deep into the brain. A cap containing 19 electrodes is typically used for training. LORETA has the capacity to target cortical and subcortical structures all at once with multiple modalities such as current density, coherence, and phase to name a few. newEpoc analyzes LORETA data, supplies personalized reports, and produces training protocols for both sLORETA and swLORETA training. See services page for more details.
